MCM’s extensive experience in historic adaptive reuse development includes commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects as well as not-for-profit institutional restorations. We have also structured off-balance sheet financing for medical and research facilities for our healthcare clients.
Exceptional Experience
MCM has completed over $4.5 billion in development and construction since its inception, including the 265 apartment, $65 million West Bottoms Flats historic redevelopment in Kansas City (2019); the 151-unit, $45 million 950 at Northshore historic redevelopment in Pittsburgh (2017); and the Center for Genomics and Stem Cell Research facility for Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland.
Notable clients include Bedrock Real Estate Services, PNC Bank, Nottingham∙Spirk Design Associates, University Hospitals, Allegheny Health Network, Case Western Reserve University, Baldwin Wallace University, Butler University, Wittenberg University, Muskingum University, and the Cleveland Institute of Art.
