Considered an expert in healthcare system strategic build Program Management, MCM has managed and opened approximately $4 billion of new construction in strategic healthcare building expansion programs for large regional healthcare networks in the Midwest and South.  In addition to planning and design oversight and budget and schedule management, we provide equipment selection, purchasing and logistics management, transition planning, operational readiness, and facility activation resources.

Extensive, First-Rate Experience

MCM has completed strategic building programs for University Hospitals (Cleveland, OH); Allegheny Health Network (AHN) (Pittsburgh, PA); and Columbia HCA (Nashville, TN) including 10 new acute healthcare facilities. Specific projects include Seidman Cancer Center and Ahuja Medical Center for University Hospital and Wexford Hospital for AHN. MCM is currently providing program management services for Allegheny Health Network.
