Program Management Projects

Over the course of 3 years, Allegheny Health Network (AHN) designed and constructed six new Cancer Centers throughout western Pennsylvania to provide innovative, comprehensive cancer to the region.  MCM services included budget and schedule management as well as all transition planning and facility activation of all project sites.

The 345,000-square-foot, $315 million state of the art hospital is the single-largest investment in AHN’s history and will employ more than 750 health care professionals.  The hospital was completed in Spring 2021.

Over the course of three years, AHN designed and constructed four Micro Hospitals throughout western Pennsylvania to provide greater access to high quality, patient-centered, acute, and ambulatory healthcare services.

UH Ahuja Medical Center opened its doors to its first patients in February 2011.  The 144-bed facility was the first new hospital to open in Cuyahoga in 30 years and was designed for planned expansion to a 600-bed facility to meet the future needs of the community.

UH Seidman Cancer Center consolidates all the patient’s and family’s needs in one innovative, sophisticated, and beautiful facility.

Cleveland Clinic (CC) engaged MCM Company, Inc. to develop and build a state-of-the-art research facility for their Genomics and Stem Cell Research program.
