A modern addition was constructed on a narrow strip of land adjacent to the historic McCullough Center building to provide the best opportunity for the CIA to move forward with its strategic plan.

Located in the inner ring suburb of Cleveland Heights, Ohio, the College Club of Cleveland and carriage house building have been converted into 14 one-of-a-kind market rate rental units.
