We are currently developing projects in Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Kansas City, and Chicago as well as providing development consulting services for projects at Wittenberg University, Baldwin Wallace University and Muskingum University in Ohio.
We have completed more than $1 billion in historic adaptive reuse projects and are providing development or development consulting services for over $550 million in historic adaptive reuse projects throughout the Midwest.
Managing Healthcare Strategic Builds
Considered an expert in healthcare system strategic build program management, MCM has managed approximately $4 billion of new construction in strategic healthcare building programs for large healthcare networks in the Midwest and South, delivering more than 10 new acute healthcare facilities for clients including University Hospitals, Allegheny Health Network, and Columbia HCA.
