University Hospitals hired MCM Company to oversee the development, design and construction of Vision 2010, their multiple project system plan including the Neo-Natal Intensive Care Unit, Ahuja Medical Center, Seidman Cancer Center, Center for Emergency Medicine, the New Service Center, UH Drive Parking Garage, Breen Breast Health Pavilion, and CMC Landscaping Project.

MCM Company, Inc. was also the Design-Builder for the relocation of the Psychiatric Services from the main campus to Richmond Medical Center, an enabler project to make space available for the new Center for Emergency Medicine.

MCM coordinated all site-activities for the multiple projects on the main campus. This included coordiation of multiple Construction Management firms and melding multiple project schedules to avoid logistic issues and to keep all projects moving toward on-time completion.

In addition to the campus on-site coordination, MCM directed and oversaw all other aspects of the project including Budget, Schedule and Construction, Equipment Management, Transition Planning, Building Activation and Move Management.

MCM worked directly with Senior Leadership on non-construction activities including Marketing, Branding, Event Planning and Donor Relations & Development.
