MCM Company, Inc. was asked to assist the UH Extended Care Campus and the Centers for Dialysis Care in developing a strategic and master building plan including the development of a new state-of-the-art Dialysis Center to replace their existing Dialysis Center. The relocation of the center was the desire of a potential donor in need of dialysis treatment that wanted to incorporate the picturesque surroundings of the property in Geauga County, with a beautiful, state-of-the-art facility that could provide patients with a comfortable and relaxing environment in which to receive their treatment.

MCM assisted senior leadership in finding a suitable location and defining a project scope and budget that would meet the expectations set by the Donor, the Centers for Dialysis Care and the Extended Care Facility’s senior leadership team. MCM also worked closely with the facility to build the relationship and confidence of the donor, assisting the facility in securing the commitment.

MCM assembled a design and construction management team that was experienced in healthcare projects and was proactive in their efforts to meet the needs of the facility and the desires of the lead donor.

MCM suggested a project delivery method that was unique to the facility making it possible to meet the project schedule needs set forth by the donor.
