Since 1995, MCM Company, Inc. has provided Program Management services to the Sisters of Charity of St. Augustine at St. Vincent Charity Medical Center.

For this particular assignment, MCM was hired to provide turn-key services to complete a new up-scale hospitality suite in the Patient Tower of a downtown urban hospital that provides patients with a unique level of care in an up-scale, hospitality environment.

The complete interior renovation of the 6th floor of a fully occupied patient tower included all private rooms and custom millwork throughout the unit. MCM also renovated the Main Entrance Lobby to replicate the same sophisticated atmosphere as the newly renovated Patient Unit.

A complete mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructure upgrade was required in the Patient Tower to accommodate the 6th Floor renovation. These upgrades were redesigned to anticipate the capacity needs of the Patient Tower for the future.

In order to be able to renovate the 6th Floor, it was necessary to permanently relocate six other clinical departments throughout the hospital, while maintaining their daily operations.
